Patients are brought into this Asylum for medical issues and mental disorders. Patients are treated good for good behavior and some patients do not understand that, so therefore they are treated with treatments provided by The Asylum. When new patients enter the Asylum they will be given a patient number and photographed for The Asylum's records. In order for patients to gain freedom they must pass various of tests and treatments. If a patient has a championship the freedom increases depending on which one they hold. The ranking of the championships are listed below:

Asylum Championship(s)

Insomniac:

The Insomniac Championship is not merely a title—it is a psychological experiment designed to progressively disrupt the champion’s ability to rest, recover, and maintain emotional stability.

The longer an individual carries this championship, the more severe the symptoms of chronic insomnia become. As sleep deprivation progresses, the patient’s judgment, inhibitions, and psychological defenses begin to deteriorate.

Eventually, the champion reaches a state where sleep is no longer an option. What remains is the unfiltered individual beneath the surface—their true personality, their deepest instincts, and the side of them they normally keep hidden.

The longer you hold it… the less you sleep.

The less you sleep… the more we see the REAL you.

Doctor’s orders: Do not expect a full night’s sleep.

Bloodbath:

The Bloodbath Championship is reserved for patients who have demonstrated an extraordinary tolerance for violence, pain, and psychological pressure. Unlike other championships within the Asylum, this title comes with one mandatory requirement:

Every Treatment must end in blood.

For a patient defending the Bloodbath Championship, the protocol is even more demanding. The defending patient must be responsible for drawing blood from their opponent first. Failure to accomplish this requirement constitutes a failed Treatment, and the championship will immediately be awarded to the opposing patient.

There are no moral victories. There are no technical excuses. There is only the completion of the Treatment and the evidence left behind.

Blood is the measurement of success. Pain is the assessment. Survival is merely the final observation.

Blood Comes First.
Survival Comes Second.

Doctor's Note: Once the Treatment begins, the only question is not who will win—but who will bleed first.

Inner Demon :

Classified Asylum Psychological Evaluation — Patient Warning: EXTREME

Required Accomplishments: UNKNOWN.

Unlike every other championship within the Asylum, there is no documented list of requirements for obtaining or successfully defending the Inner Demon Championship. Its purpose, its limits, and its true capabilities remain unknown to Asylum medical staff.

The championship was created for one patient in particular: Trey Silent.

It is believed that Trey Silent's soul has been permanently sealed within the Inner Demon Championship, transforming the title itself into a living curse upon the Asylum. Whoever becomes its beholder is no longer simply a champion—they become a MARKED PATIENT.

Once marked, the patient should expect the impossible.

HELL WILL BREAK THROUGH.

Clinical observations suggest that the Inner Demon Championship forces its beholder to confront the darkest aspects of their own existence. You will discover your demons. You will experience pain you never knew existed. You will be forced to confront the nightmares buried within your own mind—and eventually, those demons may begin turning that pain inward.

But the greatest mystery surrounding the championship lies beyond the Asylum.

The Inner Demon holds the keys to PURGATORY.

According to Asylum records, if the medical staff ever discovers a method to permanently contain, seal, or destroy the Inner Demon Championship, the doors to Purgatory will finally be unlocked.

Until that day, the curse remains active.

You thought Insomnia was dangerous? Insomnia takes away your sleep.

The Inner Demon takes away your peace.

The longer you carry this championship, the more difficult it becomes to determine where the patient ends and the demon begins. Your worst fears will become your reality. Your nightmares will become your treatments. And every weakness you possess will become another doorway for the darkness to enter.

You will learn your demons.
You will learn the pain.
You will face your worst nightmare.
And you will discover what happens when you let them IN.

Doctor's Final Observation:

Demons don't always kill the patient.
Sometimes, they kill the patient's TRUE PASSION first.

THE INNER DEMON IS WATCHING.
THE DOOR TO PURGATORY IS WAITING.
DO NOT LET THEM IN.

!

Asylum: The accomplishments a patient must achieve is proving you are on top of your treatments. Good terms or bad terms having this championship means you are the TOP Patient in the Asylum. The ultimate reward is freedom is unlimited and you must check in with The Doctor two times a month. Make your appointments on time, and if the Doctor or The Therapist feel another patient deserves the championship, you MUST Defend it. If you lose you will be evaluated and The Doctor and The Therapist will determine if you are free to go or if you're stuck in the Asylum for future treatments.
